Telecommunications/ NGN Recharge Statements: Monthly Electronic Reports

Learn about how departments can now receive their monthly Telecommunications/ NGN recharge statements electronically.

As a response to many requests from campus departments, monthly Telecommunications/ NGN recharge statements became available in electronic format beginning July 2006.

• Go to https://www-act.ucsd.edu/telecom/recharges.
• Generate a PDF report by entering your department’s Mail Code. The printable PDF report will include activity for all indexes associated with that Mail Code for the selected month (beginning July 2006).

Note: Effective July 2007, the Telecommunications/NGN recharge statements are available in PDF format. Hard copies will no longer be available. The opt-in feature to receive hard copies will also no longer be an option.
