The Human Resources Benefits Unit will be holding a series of virtual workshops aimed to assist your financial and retirement planning. These workshops are for anyone interested in financial planning, not just those nearing retirement. Register using UC Learning Center. Space is limited and you must enroll to attend.

Asset Allocation and Modern Portfolio Theory

 

You will learn the science or engineering behind the design of an investment portfolio. A strategy for creating a personalized portfolio by combining mutual funds, bonds, and cash equivalents in varying proportions which includes the selection of the style & class of investments, as well as the percentage weighting within each investment.

Medicare and Your UC Sponsored Medical Plan

Many employees or their family members need help understanding their coverage options available to them when they approach Medicare eligibility. If you are planning to retire or if you decide to continue to work, you may find this informational session helpful. This workshop will cover the basics of Medicare, including when to enroll and how it works together with your UC-sponsored medical plans.

Pathway to Retirement - UC San Diego

The Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) and Fidelity Investments are extending an invitation for the “Pathway to Retirement” webinar:
