About Che Cafe

Named after an honoree, the Che Café is a student-run worker co-operative that mainly functions as a venue for concert events. Founded in 1980 by a group of students, the venue eventually became an internationally recognized, staple performance center for the Indie/Punk Rock scene. Notable performances have included Green Day, Rage Against the Machine, Chumbawamba, and many others.
