Part of this center is the Anne and Abraham Ratner Children's Eye Center, a building named after Anne F. and Abraham Ratner for their support of the ophthalmology department, that is designed to create a comforting atmostphere for child patients. Their child-friendly and state-of-the-art exam rooms are fashioned to create the perfect environment for evaluating the sight of patients of all ages, even patients that are too young to communicate their needs to a doctor.
