MyFunds allows departments to create online budget reports for principal investigators (PIs) or other report recipients, such as management service officers (MSOs), department chairs, and financial/ fund managers. It features:
- Efficient budget reporting for fund managers
- The ability for PIs or report recipients to view all their funds at a glance
- Drilldowns to expenditure details
- Setting up the report profile: Fund managers set up report profiles for their PIs or other report recipients to view.
- Viewing the report: After the fund manager sets up the report profiles, the PIs and other report recipients can view the reports.
