Learn how to order Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from IPPS Logistics via Oracle Procurement.

PPE Store Program

In partnership with Research Affairs and the Emergency Operations Center, IPPS Logistics and Procurement teams have been able to maintain an inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is available for purchase via Oracle Procurement. Orders are fulfilled directly from the Trade Street warehouse by essential Logistics staff.

To purchase PPE, log into Oracle and click the 'Purchase Requisitions' circle. In the search bar along the top of the screen, search COVIDPPE to see the available options. From there you can add the PPE you would like to purchase to a cart and proceed to checkout. For additonal guidance, watch this short video on how to check out. The expected delivery time for POs containing PPE items will be approximately two business days.

If your department is interested in installing Plexiglass dividers, please contact Luke Arnold (laarnaold@ucsd.edu) in Facilities Management to evaluate your needs.

Reminder, PPE items are being stocked to meet the needs of many different campus communities. Please order only what your location will need in two-week increments to ensure that as many areas as possible across campus can take advantage of this supply.


Below is the interactive PPE dashboard developed by Logistics. IPPS teams are able to use this tool to track real-time inventory and forecast reorders based on the number of researchers returning to campus.
