Version 5: Image Rotator

Learn about the image rotator module available for version 5 templates.

The image rotator module will advance through a series of image slides. Each slide consists of an image with an optional headline, caption and link.

Note: This module is not available for the homepage template, which has the built-in hero rotator.

Module: image-rotator

Create a new image rotator module

  1. From the New Content menu, click Features->Modules->Image Rotator. The module will be placed in the _modules folder by default. You can create multiple sub-folders within _modules as needed (similar to images and files). To create multiple instances of this module, copy the module and rename it. Edit each module separately.
  2. Click Edit to bring up the edit screen.

To place the new module on a page add it as one of the middle blocks.
  6. Publish the page (not the module) to see the changes on stage and/or the live site.
