Information Sessions and Virtual Office Hours

From September 2018 through February 2019 IT Services hosted informational sessions and virtual office hours to answer questions about two-step login. Representatives also attended local department meetings at the request of DSAs and Sysadmins.

No future sessions are currently scheduled. See below for past events. 

Direct any questions on two-step login to the Service Desk via one of these options:

  • Submit a ticket online at servicedesk.ucsd.edu
  • Email servicedesk@ucsd.edu
  • Call 858-246-4357 (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday - Friday. For after hours service, choose option #3 on the phone greeting)
  • Visit walk up desk at AP&M building, room 1313 (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday)
