Acrobat Pro is a PDF file converter and editor, with tools to edit, create forms, merge, and secure PDF files.

Enterprise Team License Agreement - Departments

Available to: UCSD Departments (for faculty/staff use)

Platforms: Macintosh and Windows


Annually-renewed Enterprise Term License Agreements (ETLA) are available per department for a named-user license.

Pricing

The Named-user license cost is $9.50 per user.

Ordering

New Enrollments

The enrollment commitment date is March 31st.

Contact UCSD Enterprise Software Licensing team for department enrollment requests. Please add 'Adobe Acrobat ETLA order' to the short description box.

Renewals

Department contacts will receive an email notification from the ITS Enterprise Software Licensing team to renew their licenses.

License

Licenses are effective each year on July 23rd.

Individual University Computer Licenses

Available to: Faculty and Staff

If your department is not enrolled in the Adobe ETLA program you need to purchase a single-user license for faculty and staff use on UC San Diego computers, one perpetual license per computer is required.
