Enterprise Information Services Committee (EISC)

Summary

The Enterprise Information Services Governance committee provides leadership and oversight to ensure enterprise-wide alignment of business and administrative systems to the mission of UC San Diego.

The committee shall:

  • Maintain IT project portfolio synergy, and;​
  • Recommend major IT investments to the Executive Governance committee.

  • Other enterprise technologies and platforms as appropriate

The committee shall also advise and assist on:

  • Next-generation Network (NGN) services, pricing, and funding via the NGN Planning group
  • Major IT investments to the Executive IT Governance Committee
