Rapid Process Redesign

Learn about Tiger Teams, and the cost and workload savings they identify through UCSD's Rapid Process Redesign projects.

Rapid Process Redesign projects aim to achieve cost and workload savings by streamlining core administrative processes. Once certain processes with significant savings opportunities are identified, "Tiger Teams" assess the feasibility of the changes, identify required resources and barriers to success, determine a timeline, and share their findings.
