My Class List

You do NOT need to request access, however certain criteria must be met in order to run this report:

• FERPA Training Must be Up to Date
• Active UCSD Employee in UC Path with Employee ID number
• Primary Instructor or listed Co-Instructor on at least one course offered FA26 or later

If you have recently completed your FERPA training, please allow up to 48 hours for the data to update.

The first page to load shows optional information available, lets you select the class and lets you select whether you want to view a list of booked (enrolled) students or students on the waitlist.

Click the " Finish" button when your done modifying the settings.

Display Options

• Optional Report Fields
  Popular fields are selected by default. Check boxes for any additional information you would like to see. Uncheck anything you don't want. At least one box must be checked.

Filters

• My Classes
  This is the unique combination of the term, course, event number and instruction type code. Only courses in which you are the Primary Instructor will appear in this list. At least one class must be checked. Instruction Type Codes:LE = Lecture, DI = Discussion, LA = Laboratory, SE = Seminar, IN = Independent Study, TU = Tutorial, ST = Studio, CL = Clerkship, PR = Practicum, FW = Fieldwork, SA = Study Abroad, CO = Conference, IT = Internship, and OT = Other.
• Enrolled vs Waitlist
  This allows you to switch between viewing Students that are booked (enrolled) in the course or view Students that are on the waitlist.

Once the report has loaded the information below will help, if you would like to select a different Event (class), make changes or if you are ready to download.

To go back to the report settings, you can:

• Click the "Run" button
  This will let you modify your current report settings. This is commonly used to switch to viewing a different Event (class). In addition to the options in the Report Settings section above, using the "Run" button will also save your current report output option (HTML/Excel/etc).
• Refresh your Browser
  This will reload the default settings for the report. Any settings you change will be restored to their default values. The report output will return to HTML.

To download, change the report output from HTML to:

• Excel
  This is the recommended option. Only the visible columns will appear in the downloaded file. The file will have two tabs, one with the Class List and one with the "About This Report" information.
• Excel Data
  Not recommended. All columns will appear in the downloaded file however hidden (unselected Optional Report Fields) columns will be empty. Additionally, the "About This Report" will not be in the downloaded file.
• PDF
  Not recommended. Page layout options are very limited.
• other formats
  In addition to HTML, CSV and XML are also available.

Definitions In Activity Hub Field List
