What is uAchieve?
uAchieve is the degree audit system for UC San Diego. Students and advisors can check each student’s progress toward their degree. Advisors can view an audit for a particular student or run audits for groups of students by using the batch option.
Why can’t I see a new uAchieve version audit for a student?
If you are still unable to access any version of an audit for a student, email uachieve@ucsd.edu.
How often is uAchieve refreshed?
uAchieve is a self-service audit that accesses the ISIS database, where students’ information is stored, in real time. Click Run Audit to request and view a refreshed audit.
How long will completed audit requests be stored?
uAchieve allows students and staff to run audits at any time. Only the last 5 audits will be saved.
In addition, the system purges audits every 7 days to ensure excellent system performance. Batch audits remain available for 90 days before they are purged from the system.
We recommend advisors save undergraduate audits as PDF versions in the Virtual Advising Center, or elsewhere, if they wish to use audits longer than 7 days..
How do I enter petitions and exceptions into uAchieve?
Petitions and Exceptions are now entered in the exceptions area of uAchieve
Can students view uAchieve?
Students can run and see their own audits. Students cannot see audits run by staff or faculty but staff and faculty can see audits run by anyone, including students.
