Subscribe to PPS and Timekeeper Mailing Lists

Find out how to subscribe to mailing lists to receive latest payroll information.

Note that MyTime, TAR, UC San Diego Health's HBS-TPS, Temporary Employment Services' TOPS, Resource Management & Planning's (RMP) HBS Time Suite and many current paper timesheet submissions will be replaced by Ecotime as a requirement for UCPath integration.

Payroll communicates all important information to Payroll Personnel Systems (PPS) preparers and timekeepers through a mailing list. Follow the steps below to subscribe or unsubscribe to the appropriate mailing list.

Mailing list for PPS users

To subscribe

  1. Go to the pps subscription form.
  2. Complete the "Subscribing to ucsd-pps-L" section.
  3. Click Subscribe.
  4. Respond to the confirmation e-mail you receive.

Note: You must respond to the confirmation e-mail to activate your subscription.

To unsubscribe

  1. Go back to pps subscription form.
  2. Scroll down to the "ucsd-pps-L Subscribers" section.
  3. Enter your subscription e-mail address in the "To unsubscribe from ucsd-pps-L" field.
  4. Click Unsubscribe or edit options.
  5. Respond to the confirmation e-mail you receive.
  6. Once the post office processes your request to unsubscribe, you will receive a final message confirming your removal.

Note: You must respond to the confirmation e-mail to unsubscribe.

Mailing list for timekeepers

To subscribe

  1. Go to the timekeepers subscription form.
  2. Complete the "Subscribing to ucsd-timekeepers-L" section.
  3. Click Subscribe.
  4. Respond to the confirmation e-mail you receive.

Note: You must respond to the confirmation e-mail to activate your subscription.

To unsubscribe

  1. Go back to the timekeepers subscription form.
  2. Scroll down to the "ucsd-timekeepers-L Subscribers" section.
  3. Enter your subscription e-mail address in the "To unsubscribe from ucsd-timekeepers-L" field.
  4. Click Unsubscribe or edit options.
  5. Respond to the confirmation e-mail you receive.
  6. Once the post office processes your request to unsubscribe, you will receive a final message confirming your removal.
