The Project Panorama delivers a full look at project financials and is designed to support the PI, the Project Manager, and Fund Manager.
Project Overview
Business Scenarios
- Project Overview may be used to view all of your Projects and Tasks by Organization (Award/Project/Task Organization) or person (PI/Project Manager/Task Manager)
- What are all of my Projects and Tasks?
Data Selection and View Options
- Use these parameters to filter for the data you want to view
- These filters can be used in combination or individually to produce desired results
- Results display in a table of 20 columns
- Refer to the Data Glossary under Get Started on the main BI & Financial Reporting Blink menu for searchable data descriptions and usage rules
- View also includes an option to exclude Award information for Non-Sponsored Projects.
PPM Project Balances
Business Scenarios
- PPM Project Balances may be used to view all of your Project and Task Costs, Revenue, and Committed Costs at the PPM subledger level
- Note that General Projects do not currently have budgets in PPM, only Sponsored Projects do
- This tab is useful for those who want to view all types of Projects in one table
- What is the budget balance on my Sponsored Projects and each of its Tasks?
- How much do I have in Committed Costs for each of these Projects and Tasks?

- Results display in two tables - Non-Sponsored Projects and Sponsored Projects
- Non-Sponsored Project balances display 10 default columns subtotaled by Project
- Sponsored Project balances displays 7 default columns subtotaled by Project
