How to Order Mail Services Supplies

Find out how to order free mailing supplies from UCSD Mail Services.

1. Decide what supplies you need.

  1. Make your selection from these free supplies:
    • Mail pickup and delivery supplies:
      • Trays
      • Tubs/ boxes
  2. Intra-campus recycled envelopes:
    • Small
    • Large
  3. Outgoing mail supplies:
    • USPS:
      • Certified Mail receipts
      • Express Mail labels, envelopes, and boxes
      • Priority Mail envelopes, boxes, and stickers
      • Return Receipt forms (domestic and international)
    • FedEx envelopes and boxes
    • UPS envelopes and boxes

2. Complete the Customer Supplies order form.

  1. Go to UCSD IPPS Customer Supplies order form (PDF). 
  2. In the top part of the form, fill in:
    1. Your name
    2. Your e-mail
    3. Department name
    4. Date
    5. Department Mail Code
    6. Phone number
  3. On the remaining portion of the form, indicate the supplies you need.
  4. Send your completed PDF through ASK (login required).
  5. Note: Most items will be delivered to you within 24 hours; however, they are filled in the order received and based on availability.
