How to Request Copier Repairs

Follow the steps below if your copier isn't working.

1. Try to resolve the problem yourself.

2. If you can't resolve the problem, gather information about the copier before calling Imprints.

  • Find the copier number. It is a 4-digit number on a colored Imprints sticker located on the front of the copier.
  • Identify the problem as best you can, including any error codes displayed on the screen.
  • Have a contact name and phone number ready.

3. Contact Imprints Help Desk.

  • Call (858) 534-2377 and speak with a customer service representative weekdays, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • After hours or on the weekend, leave a voice mail message. Remember to include the copier number, a description of the problem, and a contact name and phone number. Contact will be made the next business morning.
