Construction Start: Mid-October 2026
Construction Completion: December 2028
First Patient: Early to Mid 2029
Construction Impacts
Standard Hours of Work: 7:00am to 7:00pm, Mon-Sat
Logistics: all construction staging and contractor parking would occur within
or adjacent to the project site
Bernardo Center Drive: new signalized intersection and associated median
improvements, Traffic Control Plans (coordinated with City of San Diego and
Caltrans) will be implemented
All construction best-management-practices will be followed
