Imprints Operations during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Imprints is accepting orders 24/7 by email and online through PrintConnection. Our customer service team is monitoring voicemail and email and will respond between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Production center and help desk hours vary based on workload. Our staff are working diligently to fulfill print and service requests during regular business hours.

We have implemented social distancing and sanitization procedures to ensure employee and customer safety.

Print Orders

  • We are accepting print and document orders online 24/7 through PrintConnection or only.
  • Our staff are wearing face coverings and gloves when handling media and using only new packing materials.
  • We will arrange delivery or pickup of completed jobs to ensure social distancing.
    • We may ask you to meet our delivery person outside your office.
    • At the Campus Service Complex, Building A:
      • We will schedule one customer pickup at a time to maintain social distance.
      • Staff will disinfect and sanitize the front doors and service counter throughout the day and in between customer pickups.
      • Hand sanitizer is available at our service counter.

Machine Service and Supplies

  • Customers can request service and supplies for department-owned multifunctional machines and laser printers that Imprints provided by calling (858) 534-2377 or emailing
  • Onsite, our technicians will:
    • Practice social distancing, along with wearing face coverings and gloves
    • Wipe down all machine surfaces with sanitizer at the end of each service call
  • Customers will not have to sign approval paperwork; we will accept authorization verbally in person or by phone, or in writing by email.
