ECManager: Change an Index or Account Code

Follow these instructions to change an index or account code associated with an Express Card transaction.

Expand all

1. Access transactions.

  • Follow these instructions:
    1. Access ECManager.
    2. Enter your user ID and password.
    3. Click Change index and/or account code.
  • Select one of these criteria:
    • IFIS posting date
    • Card number suffix
    • Default index
    • Transaction ID
    • Dollar amount
  • Select Sort By and Sort Order.
  • Select the number of transactions you would like to display on the screen at one time.
  • Submit your request by clicking Submit.

2. Change the accounting information.

  • Change indexes or account codes.
    Note: You can type over the existing index or account or click the magnifying glass icon to search for and select an index or account.

3. Save.

  • Click Save to save your changes.
