How to Order Drinking Water and Dispensers

Read about how to order drinking water and dispensers for your office.

1. Request new Nestle water service.

  • See types of coolers and pricing in Marketplace (login required).
    • Look for the Nestle Drinking Water Cooler Rentals form under the Specialty Forms tab.
      • This can be found by selecting iRequest under the Marketplace Search bar.
      • Locate and expand the Specialized Goods or Services section and select Drinking Water.
    • Fill out and submit the form for the cooler and include the number of bottles you want.

2. Check your delivery schedule.

  1. View the 2019 delivery calendar.
  2. Check which days your delivery routes fall on. The route numbers are the large numbers in each tile, 1-21.
  3. For further assistance, submit a case through ASK (login required) for your route. Include your account number or index.

3. Check your STORE charges.

Access FinancialLink (login required).

Note: You must have a Business systems account and authorization to access FinancialLink. 

  1. Click the Reports button on the left of the screen.
  2. On the Reports screen, choose Operating Ledger under the IFIS Core Reports heading.
  3. Log in.
  4. Choose the desired Accounting Period.
  5. Enter the index number used on your Marketplace PO.
  6. Click the Submit Form button.
  7. Scroll down to Supplies and Expenses.
  8. Find the following description:
    • STORE-COOLER/CYLINDER RENTALS
    • BOTTLED WATER

Note: STORE-COOLER/CYLINDER RENTALS may indicate either a compressed gas cylinder rental or a water cooler rental. In addition, water bottle delivery is charged at the end of each month.
