Approach
Each program track has three areas strategically developed to offer a mixture of learning opportunities related to the topic. In each program track you will find resources for exploration, skill development, and advanced learning.
- Exploration: learners will find a variety of ecourses, podcasts, articles, Learning Boost Series sessions, and infographics
- Build Skills: learners can apply concepts within the topic area and participate in a course and interact with an assessment to encourage reflection and continued skill development
- Beyond: participants seeking advanced learning can explore professional and certification opportunities
Statement of intent: The Staff Learning and Development team created “Program Tracks” to provide curated resources within a specific topic area. These resources reflect our team's top picks that provide opportunities for self-guided exploration, collective learning, and professional development. They include a range of visual, auditory, and digital media, as well as on demand and/or instructor led trainings. Each Program Track serves as an introduction to the topic and is not intended to be a comprehensive set of resources.
