Connexxus: Booking for Travel Event Planners

Gather attendee information needed to complete the booking: 

• Traveler's first, middle and last name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• E-mail address
• Phone number

Online

1. From the Connexxus home page under BCD/Balboa Travel, select Book Travel Online (Concur).
2. Select Guest Traveler in the drop-down menu, Choose a Traveler, found in the upper right section of the search screen.
   
3. Enter the attendee's personal information. Be sure the name entered is the legal name required by the airline/ Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
4. On BCD's Search page, enter your flight search information.
5. Make selections from search results.
6. Select the TEP card preferred for this booking. (TEPC and the last 4 digits of the card.)
   
7. Enter the remaining attendee data required by TSA.
8. When prompted, enter the 8 digit TEP card event number (TEPC and the last 4 digits of your TEP card). Click Next.
   
9. Select Purchase Ticket, once reservation(s) are complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the travel itinerary.
