Connexxus: Service Fees

See a list of service fees associated with booking through Connexxus.

Service fees vary by the agency used through Connexxus and the service provided, use the guidelines below to determine the agency that best suits your needs:

  • BCD (Balboa Travel) and UC Travel Center are official Connexxus travel agencies providing services to UC business travelers.
  • Connexxus has a limited agreement with Southwest (SWABIZ). No service fees apply when using SWABIZ, but business travel insurance is not automatically applied.
  • Connexxus small business travel provides several agency options for those traveling on federal funds over $650,000 or Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grants of any amount.
    Note: Kahala Travel is local to San Diego and airfare will show in MyTravel as UCSD paid.
