How to Learn About Your Access Rights

Follow this guide to learn about your access rights to electronic information at UCSD.

1. Go to AccessLinkTNG.

2. Log on to Single Sign-On.

  • If not already logged into Single Sign-On, you will be prompted to enter your user ID or e-mail address and Business Systems password.

3. Review facility information.

  • Click the Facility tab to view your access. Note each facility name listed. These represent all the systems you may currently access.
  • If you need to change or update your permissions, see How to Get Access to UCSD Business Systems.
