Phone Model: AT&T Analog Phone

The AT&T single-line analog telephone, with a standard touch-tone keypad and Flash button, gives you access to many of the Ericsson phone system features. You can use this phone as either a desk or a wall phone.

The AT&T analog phone:
- Has both the pulse and tone dialing modes
- Should always be set in the tone mode

How to use phone features: |
| 1 |
Use Call Hold/ Call Park. |
With party on line:
- Press Flash button.
- Listen for recall dial tone (three beeps and dial tone).
- Hang up handset.

Retrieve a call from the same phone. |
- Lift handset.
- You are connected to the call.
|
| 3 |
Retrieve a call from another phone. |
- Lift handset.
- Dial extension where call was parked. Listen for busy tone.
- Dial 8. You are connected to call.
Note: Call will remain parked for 3 minutes before re-ringing.

Use Inquiry/Consultation Hold |
With party on line:
- Press Flash button.
- Listen for recall dial tone (three beeps and dial tone).
- Dial second party.

Go back to first party. |
Dial 2. |
| 6 |
Go back to second party. |
Dial 2.
Note: If second party is busy or does not answer, press 2 key once, listen for the recall dial tone.
Press the Flash button again to return to the first party.

Transfer calls. |
With party on line:
- Press Flash button.
- Listen for recall dial tone (three beeps and dial tone).
- Dial second party.
- Wait for answer, announce call, hang up.
or
- After first ring, hang up.
Note: If second party is busy or does not answer, press Flash button once, listen for recall dial tone.
Press Flash button again to return to first party.
