Q: I try to sign in to a Link service, but get a login error. I know my password is right. What's wrong?

Some problems and solutions, listed in order of likelihood:
The password entry is case sensitive. Make sure your Caps Lock is not on. Also check the Num Lock if you are entering numbers with the keypad.
Depending on your access rights, your password and User ID may not allow you to use a particular Link product.
The screen scrape utility that's used to authenticate against mainframe facilities is down or non-operational.
You can reset your password by using the Single Sign-On Password Reset feature.
