Qualtrics: Usage Limits

Learn the default usage limits for Qualtrics at UC San Diego.

Default usage limits are based on user type:

• Faculty and staff
  • Active surveys: 25
  • Outgoing emails allowed per week: 10,000
  • Questions per survey: 250
• Graduate student
  • Active surveys: 20
  • Outgoing emails allowed per week: 8,000
  • Questions per survey: 200
• Undergraduate student
  • Active surveys: 5
  • Outgoing emails allowed per week: 5,000
  • Questions per survey: 100
