Program Approach

Learn about the approach for the UCPath program.

When complete, UCPath will deploy a single payroll and a single human resources system across all ten campuses and five medical centers that meets the needs of each location while capturing the efficiencies, improved data and cost savings associated with unified systems.

The program approach consists of three phases:

1. Human resources and payroll
2. Time and attendance
3. Integrated portal and systemwide data warehouse

The technology in Phases 1 and 2 will be rolled out in waves. Therefore, the "go-live" date for each campus is determined by the wave to which each campus is delegated.  The program has been sectioned into focus areas to assist with project organization and communication.
