The role of CUPID is to establish procedures and to recommend potential programming changes to IFIS, ISIS, PPS, and the Affiliates system to: Correct existing individual person identifiers that are used to join information across campus data repositories Ensure that new information being entered into these campus systems conforms to database standards and does not duplicate existing records
