Staff@Work Survey

Measures staff satisfaction, engagement, equity, diversity, inclusion

  • 56% respond campus-wide. Participation within departments reaches up to 100%
  • Anonymous survey for staff
  • All VC areas - over 560 units participate
  • Over 900 verbatim comments
  • Open-ended question to recognize colleagues who made a positive difference in work climate
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)
