In Mail Services, our mission is to provide the most efficient and highest quality delivery, collection and processing of University mail. Our customers are our priority.
Mail Services is responsible for processing incoming, outgoing, intra-campus, and student mail for UCSD. Our Campus Mailbox Initiative presents an opportunity to continue meeting the growing demand with existing resources. For our customers, this initiative will offer: conveniently located and secure mailboxes with combination locks, outgoing mail slots and parcel lockers. In addition to improved service, the new process will reduce our carbon footprint and bring is into better alignment with the campus sustainability goals.

Mail service is closing at noon December 10th and 19th.
During the campus closure, December 21, 2013 through January1, 2014:
Customers who have been transitioned to the centralized mailboxes will continue receiving service on Dec 23rd, 26th, 27th and 30th as long as their boxes can be accessed by Mail Services.
A staff member may pick up and drop off all mail for your mail code at the Campus Services Complex near Voight/Gilman between the hours of 9am and 2pm on those days; be prepared to show identification and sign for mail at time of pickup.
No other services will be available during the holiday closure.
