BFS Administration is a multi-functional division. An administrative team supports the Office of the Controller, provides human resource assistance to BFS and select services to BFS unit leaders. BFS Administration houses the metrics unit (Balanced Scorecard program) which gathers and analyzes data campus-wide to assess organizational effectiveness. The BFS training unit offers educational training and professional development opportunities to all BFS staff.
