Departments that provide services to students need to make sure that each student is currently enrolled and has paid fees. Use the Student Registration Status tool for automatic validation.

YES - STUDENT IS REGISTERED
NO - STUDENT IS NOT REGISTERED
NO - PID A######## IS NOT REGISTERED
NO - PID A######## IS NOT FOUND
INVALID FORMAT
The term code drop-down list in the application defaults to the current term. If you need to check the status for another term, select that term in the list. The selection you just chose will now be the default term for all status checks for the current session.
If your department has a high volume of student status checks, a magnetic stripe reader may be useful. When attached to your computer, the reader allows you to swipe the card instead of entering the PID manually.
