What We Do

The Production Control group manages and coordinates the scheduling and batch processing of administrative and student information systems, and financial reporting. The large volume of day-to-day processing requests are integrated into the complex over-night processing schedule, and executed and monitored for successful completion that updates core database and data warehouse information, and produces financial reports.

The Production Control group is managed by Beverly Oregon.

Job scheduling

The team ensures that appropriate standards and procedures are followed to maintain the security and integrity of core data, and facilitate the transition to production of new/ modified/ enhanced application programs and services. Over 500, 000 jobs are scheduled and processed throughout the year on both Mainframe and Distributed Systems platforms by the Production Control group.
