How to Obtain Student Data

Find out how to order customized student data from Admissions and Enrollment Services.
Notes:
- This student data is available for faculty and staff only.
- You can also obtain customized student data at no cost from your DSA, or access general student data through QueryLink.

- Types of customized data include standard reports and files. The cost is $75 per hour with a minimum 1 hour charge. CDs containing data cost $2 each.
- Create an e-mail or print request that includes your:
- Name
- Phone number
- Mail Code
- Index number
- Include all parameters needed to fulfill your request:
- Student level
- Type of mailing address (current or permanent)
- College
- Major
- Sort order (alpha, ZIP code, major, etc.)
- Format of data (Excel)
- Term/ quarter
- Indicate if you will need this data every quarter or just one time.
- State the date you will need the data.
- Include a copy of what you are mailing out and/or a specific reason why you need this data.
