What if I clicked on Submit for Approval before I was finished entering hours for the entire pay period?
Contact your supervisor. If they have not already approved it, he/she can deny the timecard and you can make changes before the due date. If your supervisor has already approved your timecard, or the deadline has passed, you will need to submit your time as an adjustment for the next period.
What if I submitted my hours, but I made a mistake?
If you clicked Submit for Approval and your timecard has not yet been approved by your supervisor, contact your supervisor; he/she can deny it and you can correct it before the due date.
What if I missed the submission deadline?
It is important that you plan ahead and know the deadlines. If you miss the deadline, your late submission will be processed on the next pay period.
Can anyone else access my hours?
Your supervisor, time approvers and timekeeper can view your hours. They will not be able to modify them. However an incorrect timecard could be denied, you will be asked to make corrections and re-submit it.
Should employees share their User ID and password with their supervisor, other staff or friends/parents?
No, due to the confidential and sensitive nature of the information that can be accessed through the entire Single Sign-On system, employees should never share their login password with anyone.
Can I view previous time periods that I submitted?
Yes, you can view any pay period that was entered into MyTime Entry for up to a year.
What happens if MyTime Entry goes down?

How will approvers know when to approve my timecard?
MyTime Entry will send out an e-mail to your supervisor and other time approvers when you submit your timecard. Timecards should be approved by the payroll deadline.
What if my supervisor is on vacation when my timecard needs to be approved?
Check the Summary tab to see who else can approve your time. If there is no one else to approve your time talk to your timekeeper for guidance.
How many past timecards can I edit as an employee?
