Patient/ Visitor Parking: Medical Center Hillcrest

Below is a list of Medical Center Hillcrest patient/ visitor parking lot options, what you need to park legally in these lots, and their locations.

Warning! Medical Center staff may not park in reserved patient/ visitor parking areas except as a patient or visitor. Violators may receive costly citations.


Medical Center Hillcrest Parking

Main Hospital
Patient/ visitor:
  • Short-term parking —
    • Do not park in reserved spaces.
    • Park in Arbor Drive structure levels 1–8 (map). Note the stall number and deposit $2 for the first hour, $1 per hour thereafter, up to $8 per day, in the pay station at the north end of each level, in the hospital cafeteria, or in the Medical Offices South building.
    • Staff or visitor parking is allowed in lot P963 (map) along Bachman Place, $4 per day, payable by space at pay station near the top of the hill.
    • Pay stations accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash, and do not dispense change.
  • Long-term parking — Use Bachman parking structure (map) or surface lot. Visit the parking office on level 2 of the Bachman parking structure to purchase a permit best suited to your long-term needs.
  • Valet parking — Located in the circular drive at the hospital's main entrance on Arbor Drive.
    • 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays: Pay a $5 service fee plus 50 cents per half-hour up to $5 for a daily maximum of $10.
    • Nights and weekends: No valet service.

Emergency
Patient:
  • Use patient parking in lot P959  (map). Pick up and display a complimentary emergency parking permit from the receptionist or nurse in Emergency.
Visitor:
  • Use main hospital patient/ visitor parking (map).

Magnetic Resonance Institute (MRI)
Patient:
  • Use patient parking in lot P953 (map). Pick up and display a complimentary patient parking permit from the receptionist in the MRI.
Visitor:
  • Use main hospital patient/ visitor parking (map).

Oncology (ONC) and Radiation Oncology (RO)
Patient:
  • Use patient parking in lot P957 (map). Pick up and display a complimentary patient parking permit from the receptionist in the clinic you're visiting.
Visitor:
  • Use main hospital patient/ visitor parking (map).
