Patient/ Visitor Parking: Medical Center Hillcrest

Below is a list of Medical Center Hillcrest patient/ visitor parking lot options, what you need to park legally in these lots, and their locations.
Warning! Medical Center staff may not park in reserved patient/ visitor parking areas except as a patient or visitor. Violators may receive costly citations.
- Observe patient/ visitor parking regulations 24 hours daily, including weekends. No permit required on university-designated holidays.
- Complimentary disabled parking is available in meters and accessible spaces when you display a valid Disabled Person placard or plates.
Medical Center Hillcrest Parking
Main Hospital

| Patient/ visitor: |
- Short-term parking — Use Arbor Drive parking structure levels 1–7. Note the stall number you are parked in, and deposit $1 per hour, up to $8 maximum per day, into the pay station at the north end of each level. Do not park in reserved spaces. Pay stations accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash, and do not dispense change.
- Long-term parking — Use Bachman parking structure or surface lot. Visit the parking office on level 2 of the Bachman parking structure to purchase a permit best suited to your long-term needs.
- Valet parking — Located in the circular drive at the hospital's main entrance on Arbor Drive.
- 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays: Pay a $5 service fee plus 50 cents per half-hour up to $5 for a daily maximum of $10.
- Nights and weekends: No valet service.

- Use patient parking in lots 959 and P960. Pick up and display a complimentary emergency parking permit from the receptionist or nurse in Emergency.

- Use patient parking in lot P953. Pick up and display a complimentary patient parking permit from the receptionist in the MRI.

- Use patient parking in lot P957. Pick up and display a complimentary patient parking permit from the receptionist in the clinic you're visiting.
