Special events parking rates and services

• 5-space limit per event, per department, except in these parking structures:
  • Hopkins (map)
  • Gilman (map)
  • Pangea (map)

Weekdays:

• $13.50 per space all day
• $10 per space half-day until noon

Weekends:

• $5.50 per space anytime
• Includes sign(s) for VIP or group

• Student lots are available during Summer Session only.
• To request approval, contact Special Events Parking.

• $33.25 per setup
• $3 per space, yellow S spaces only
• Additional fees for lot attendant(s)
• Administrative fees may apply.

• You can charter a shuttle bus to bring participants from remote lots to your event.

• Attendants direct traffic, guard spaces, or issue permits to event guests:
  • $7 per One Day permit
  • $4 per One Night permit.
• The number of attendants and hours required depends on the event.

Attendant(s):

• Weekdays: $26 per hour
• Weekends: $39 per hour
• Holidays: $52 per hour

Supervisor:

• Weekdays: $45.50 per hour
• Weekends: $50 per hour
• Holidays: $65 per hour

• Request signs individually or in sets of 6.

• $9 per standard A-frame sign
• $50 per set of 6
• $12 per 24"x36" marketing sign
• $33.25 signage monitoring/ replacement fee (events exceeding 2 days)
