The Hillcrest/ Campus Shuttle operates year-round 5:50 a.m. – 9:45 p.m. weekdays, (excluding university holidays), between UC San Diego Medical Center in Hillcrest, Old Town Transit Center, and Thornton Hospital in La Jolla.

Hillcrest/ Campus Shuttle stops are:
- Thornton Hospital, La Jolla: Campus Point transit stop (map)
- Campus: Gilman/ Myers (southeast corner northbound; northeast corner southbound)
- Old Town Transit Center: Passenger loading zone on Congress Street, next to transit terminal
- UC San Diego Medical Center, Hillcrest: West of the Arbor Drive hospital entrance (map)
