The Customer Relations help desk processes all campus key and lock requests. To request key or lock changes, follow the steps below.
To request key or lock changes, complete form 2144.
For security and safety reasons, all key and lock change requests must be submitted in writing. We hope to develop a secure electronic system for processing these requests in the near future. Until then, use form 2144.

For security reasons, customers must pick up requested keys at the Customer Service Center, at the north entrance of Campus Services Complex, Building C (map). A parking space designated “key pickup” is available for your convenience.
