ECManager: View or Edit Role Assignments

Follow these instructions to view or edit the Express Card roles assigned to your department staff.

1. Log in

  • Access ECManager.
  • Enter your user ID and password.
  • Click View or edit role assignments.

2. Review the roles

  • Review the roles displayed in the list.

3. Edit the roles

  • Click the Edit icon next to the appropriate staff member.
  • Check the box to add a role.
  • Uncheck the box to delete a role.
  • Add a comment in the Comments box, if desired.
  • Click Submit.
    Note: You will receive a message indicating which role(s) are now assigned to that staff member.
