ECManager: View Card Details

Follow these step-by-step instructions to view details of an Express Card.

1. Log in.

  • Access ECManager.
  • Enter your user ID and password.
  • Click View card details.

2. Locate the cardholder's name.

  • Locate the cardholder's name in the list provided.
  • If you manage a large number of cardholders, you can conduct a search by:
    • Completing one of the search options at the top of the screen
    • Clicking Display List

3. Select and view the account.

  • Click the View icon associated with the cardholder.

    Note: Click the Reviewer icon to see the reviewer(s) assigned to this account.

4. View details for another card (optional).

  • Click Return to go back to the list of cardholders.
  • Repeat Steps 2 and 3.
