ECManager: Unassign a Transaction Reviewer From a Card

Follow these instructions to unassign a transaction reviewer from an Express Card.

Expand all

1. Log in.

  • Access EC Manager.
  • Enter your user ID and password.
  • Click Unassign a transaction reviewer from a card.

2. Select the reviewer.

  • Click the Select icon associated with the appropriate reviewer.

3. Unassign the transaction reviewer from the appropriate card/ cardholder(s).

  • Click the check box associated the cardholder(s) that you want to unassign.
  • Click Assign/ Unassign.
    Note: You will automatically return to the Transaction Reviewer List and will receive this message: "Your changes have been saved."

4. Select another reviewer (optional).

  • If you want to unassign other transaction reviewers from other cards, repeat Steps 2–4.
  • Click Return to return to the main menu.
