ECManager: Reassign a Transaction Reviewer

Follow these instructions to reassign the Express Card(s) associated with one transaction reviewer to a different transaction reviewer.
Expand all
- Access EC Manager.
- Enter your user ID and password.
- Click Reassign a transaction reviewer.
- Click the Reassign icon associated with the current transaction reviewer.
Note: The Reassign icon does not apply to administrative support roles.
- Select the new transaction reviewer from the drop-down list.
- Select the accounts to be reviewed by the new transaction reviewer by clicking on the check box next to the appropriate cardholder(s).
Note: You can assign the reviewer to ALL cardholders by clicking on the Select All check box at the top of the list.
- Click Submit.
Note: You will receive this message: Card(s) reassigned successfully.
- Click Return to go back to the main menu.
