ECManager: Reassign a Transaction Reviewer

Follow these instructions to reassign the Express Card(s) associated with one transaction reviewer to a different transaction reviewer.

Expand all

1. Log in.

  • Access EC Manager.
  • Enter your user ID and password.
  • Click Reassign a transaction reviewer.

2. Select the current transaction reviewer.

  • Click the Reassign icon associated with the current transaction reviewer.
    Note: The Reassign icon does not apply to administrative support roles.

3. Select a new transaction reviewer.

  • Select the new transaction reviewer from the drop-down list.

4. Select the accounts.

  • Select the accounts to be reviewed by the new transaction reviewer by clicking on the check box next to the appropriate cardholder(s).
    Note: You can assign the reviewer to ALL cardholders by clicking on the Select All check box at the top of the list.

5. Submit.

  • Click Submit.
    Note: You will receive this message: Card(s) reassigned successfully.

6. Return.

  • Click Return to go back to the main menu.
