IPPS Re:Event

Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) has launched a new project to improve the processes around purchasing, paying, and accounting for on and off campus event services. The goal is to reduce time and cost, while limiting liability and risk.

Our commitment is to develop the best possible solutions based on the campus needs.  We have launched the IdeaWave Campaign: Optimizing Process and Technology for Event-Related Transactions at UC San Diego to gather feedback through a transparent channel that will allow the campus community to share their insights. If you have thoughts and ideas please join the IdeaWave discussion.

After collecting ideas and comments from all areas, the evaluation process will lead to recommendations on next steps, which may include leveraging existing applications and developing new tools.  We plan to identify solutions from this collaborative process and begin implementation in 2016.
