Steelcase was awarded the primary office furniture contract for UC campuses for several reasons. Steelcase products consistently rank high in quality among major furniture manufacturers. The Steelcase contract also assures UC campuses of the most competitive pricing structure and highest level of service.

Although the Steelcase agreement for office furniture is primary, if you believe you have reason to purchase furniture covered by this contract from a vendor other than Steelcase, please contact Brant Yancey, (858) 534-6721. Brant will confer with Procurement & Contracts management to see if an exception can be made.
