  • A confidential and neutral consultation that will assist you in analyzing the conflict and identifying possible solutions
  • Support in solving conflict through an informal conflict resolution process
  • Information about training programs and other resources that can help resolve conflict
  • Interpretation of policies and collective bargaining agreements
