Join us for "Walk & Stretch" outside Geisel Library (directly above the entrance in front of Snake Path's head) every Tuesday and Thursday from 10-10:30 am. Everyone is welcome!
Walking and stretching are such powerful tools in health management. Briskly walk from your work site to Geisel Library. You will be met by a certified instructor who will to guide you through a series of stretches for 10 minutes then briskly return to your work location.
Note: Stretch sessions start every 10 minutes from 10-10:20 a.m. Classes are canceled on rainy days and academic breaks. This is a FitLife Occupational supported program. Check out FitLife for a list of fitness, nutrition, wellness and yoga classes.
