Attention Walkers: Lace up your sneakers or come as you are!

Join us for "Walk & Stretch" outside Geisel Library (directly above the entrance in front of Snake Path's head) every Tuesday and Thursday from 10–10:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome!

Walking and stretching are such powerful tools in health management. Briskly walk from your work site to Geisel Library. You will be met by a certified instructor who will to guide you through a series of stretches for 10 minutes then briskly return to your work location.

Note: Stretch sessions start every 10 minutes from 10–10:20 a.m. Classes are canceled on rainy days and academic breaks. This is a FitLife Occupational supported program. Check out FitLife for a list of fitness, nutrition, wellness and yoga classes.

Healthy cooking classes

The UCSD Moores Cancer Center offers a series of free cooking classes as part of its Healthy Eating Program. Also check out "Tasty Tuesdays" from 5-6 pm at the Zone in the Price Center plaza.
