The UCSD Accommodation Counseling and Consulting Services Health and Wellness lectures occur once a month, from noon – 1 p.m. All lectures are free and wheelchair accessible.

Presenter: Loretta LaRoche, an adjunct faculty member of the Behavior Institue of Medicine which is an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, is an irreverent humorist, speaker, author and health expert who presents at seminars and lectures to employee groups and others around the country on effective ways to handle stress, aging, love and life balance.
